Where is the Heritage Corridor?
The Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) encompasses the communities and counties along the historic 97-mile Illinois and Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor. The Heritage Corridor spans from the Chicago Portage Area just southwest of Chicago to LaSalle-Peru including the counties of Will, Grundy, LaSalle and Putnam. The region conveniently located along I-55 from Chicago to Joliet along I-80 west to LaSalle-Peru.

Week 2 of Ottawa's Chris Kringle Market Set to Delight

If you missed the first weekend of Ottawa's Chris Kringle Market, no worries! It's coming back for a second weekend, December 13-15, 2019, with all its Christmas joy. 

What’s new this weekend:

Burd Nest Creations by Karrie Burdette, who has custom designed and handmade essentials oil diffuser jewelry. You can choose from necklaces, bracelets, and earrings to wear. Also, Kriz’s Toy Creations which makes and sells a variety of wooden toys. 

When it comes to the activities you can look out for the Ice Carving demonstration, Nightmare Before Christmas movie/theme night and the Mosaic Ornaments making.
